La Cocina Saludable (The Healthy Kitchen) is a bilingual nutrition education program targeting parents of pre-school children.
The program was developed based on extensive research. The materials were tested and evaluated throughout Colorado using Hispanic
grandmothers (abuelas) as nutrition educators. For more information about this program, along with available materials and resources,
